Texas Teacher Evaluation Support System Training (T-TESS)

      


Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) is the State recommended teacher evaluation system.  Administrators, teacher leaders, and district personnel are eligible to serve as qualified appraisers.  All participants must complete the three day certification training and demonstrate proficiency in the observation process by successfully completing an annual online certification test through the Teach for Texas portal.
