Karina Chapa, TABE Executive Director will be the presenter. Teachers will analyze the second language
acquisition process and how it is influenced by the 13 disability categories. Participants will also explore UDL practices
and the Learner Variability Navigator to accommodate instruction for Emergent Bilinguals with special needs.
