In recent years, our teaching roster is getting younger and more inexperienced as experienced teachers are leaving the profession at an alarming rate. The need for strong teacher coaching and feedback around high-impact practices is more important than ever before. Great student outcomes begin with great teacher outcomes. In this session, participants will engage in exemplar studies of strong teacher coaching meetings; analyze tools to name strong weekly teacher action steps; plan and practice teacher feedback meetings; and strategically plan coaching calendars and cadence to ensure weekly teacher growth.
