Building Strong Student Culture

      


Having strong student culture routines has always been an important aspect of effective schoolwide systems; however, since COVID and reintroducing students to strong behavior systems, the need is greater than ever! In this session, participants will identify the key attributes of strong student culture; engage in case studies of student culture videos, artifacts, and beliefs; plan and edit key culture systems/routines to ensure a strong launch; and practice the delivery and "roll-out" to staff to ensure success.
