The ForesTREE Experience

      


“The ForesTREE Experience is targeted for K-8th educators interested in teaching the topics of forest ecosystems, water, wildlife, natural resources and conservation education in a fun, hands-on professional development program. Attendees will become certified in Project Learning Tree's Explore Your Environment: K-8 Activity Guide, an interdisciplinary environmental education curriculum. You will learn with foresters and other natural resource professionals who care for forest lands and make products that we use every day. There will be a combination of tours including a working forest and forest products mill, classroom learning, and PLT lesson planning.”
