This training is designed for Districts / CEs to gain knowledge on regulations for smart snacks in schools.  This is inclusive of foods sold such as a la carte items, school store items, vending machines, and other venues where food is sold to students.  The Wellness Policy will be covering the required elements that are to be included in your wellness policy along with tips, tools and resources to be used when updating your policy.  The DC Training will be covering the requirements of the Direct Certification process that must tale place on a monthly basis
