Develop knife skills and "salad" making skills. Learn to start thinking outside of the bowl!. Hands on learning skills in new ways of making a salad by using the same ingredients in a wrap. Learn how to assemble a wrap properly. Discussion of importance of presentation of food. Knife skills will also be learned throughout this 3 hour innovative training.
