This training will be going over the Smart Snacks regulations that apply to foods sold a la carte, adult meals, vending machines, seconds, and other venues serving food to students. Learn what is required for your Wellness Policy along with tools and resources. DC/DV - will discuss the import process for Direct Certification. Professional Standards will be an overview of what is required annually, records/documentation to keep, and hiring procedures.
