This course is designed to help the school nutrition director/supervisor make decisions about long-term goals for the program that will ensure sustainability.
You will learn to report on a standard method of data collection and financial analyses developed to assist school foodservice administrators evaluate financial management decisions. Includes procedures for consistently recording financial data, recommendations for generating standard financial reports, and guidelines or interpreting the outcomes of financial decisions.
