Apex Learning Tutorials provide targeted English I and English II STAAR assessment readiness and Texas Student Success Initiative support. Tutorials facilitate accelerated instruction and help all students meet the requirements of the STAAR exams. Developed specifically for TEKS and aligned to STAAR assessments, Tutorials offer prescriptive assessment, direct instruction, and meaningful practice to build the required knowledge and skills.

OBJECTIVES:

• Participants in our Training-of-Trainers will experience Tutorials from a student’s perspective and will review data from a teacher’s perspective.
• For district and campus leadership, we will discuss implementation planning and program progress monitoring.  
• For teachers, we will discuss Tutorials resources, classroom implementation strategies, and best practices.
• Participants will dive deep into the Tutorials and resources they need to share Apex Learning Tutorials with their district and campus stakeholders.
