This training will provide strategies and tools to foster highly effective formative assessment teaching practices in classroom.  Participants will view and discuss video cases, examine student work and share professional development learning cycles to support teachers in enacting formative assessment practices with their students.   This training helps create a school culture that engages in a data-driven process to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment.
