Based on strategies from Building Powerful Numeracy for Middle and High School Students by Pam Weber Harris, this training will use problem strings to help students construct powerful numerical relationships and connections that lead to success in higher mathematics. This training will focus on addition, subtraction, multiplication and division strategies and strings with fractions as well as using ratio tables to help build students' numeracy.
