This comprehensive training is designed for administrators and educators to
deepen their understanding of restorative practices, specifically focusing on
the Community Building Circle Tier 1, Respect Agreement, and I Message
techniques. This 6-hour training will provide clear notes, real-life examples,
and detailed explanations to model effective implementation of these practices.
