The New Evaluator Cohort (NEC) is designed to support Educational Diagnosticians, ARD Facilitators, and Speech-Language Pathologists in their first five years of practice. If you’re early in your career and looking for guidance, connection, and confidence in your role, this cohort was built with you in mind. Participants receive targeted professional development recommendations aligned to real-world needs, along with access to monthly Zoom sessions centered on timely, high-impact topics. Each session includes space for open discussion, allowing you to ask questions, share experiences, and collaborate with peers who understand the challenges you’re navigating.
