This course explains what to expect during an on-site Administrative Review. Participants will learn how their role helps ensure food is safe, meals served meet requirements, and records are completed correctly. By the end of the course, participants will know what to do every day to maintain a safe and audit-ready operation

Important Session Information:


1. Participants will describe the On-site 
Administrative Review (AR) when a Compliance 
Review Monitor (CRM) is at the school. 
2. Participants will demonstrate what the CRM looks for in 
the kitchen and school, using the “Rule of 3”.
