This session is the first TEA School Improvement interventions requirement for all Comprehensive Support and improvement (CSI) and/or F-rated campuses.  Here, you will be introduced to the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) and the ESF Targeted Diagnostic.  You will gain clarity around how the diagnostic process will lead to building capacity in your school.  Further, this session will provide you an understanding about how TEA and Region 5 ESC will align efforts with the ESF to support your campus to achieve greater impact.  Please bring your laptop.
