This talk will describe the importance of teaching skills to navigate relationships for individuals with ASD as they transition through puberty and into more complex adult social interactions. They are more at risk for negative outcomes related to intimacy, however, it is vital that they learn skills to stay safe and establish healthy adult relationships. Discussion will cover common topics to be addressed and online and print resources available to those teaching in this sensitive area.
