In this session, participants will discuss a range of intervention designs including in-direct, direction, and collaborative approaches to most appropriately serve students who speak languages in addition to English. Intervention design will take both disability and linguistic needs of student into account. The ARD/LPAC collaboration process will be reviewed. This session will satisfy the Ethics requirement for the Texas state license and for ASHA certification maintenance. This session will also satisfy ASHA’s ethics requirement for maintenance of certificate of clinical competence.
