The purpose is to provide guidance on the regulatory serious deficiency, termination, and disqualification processes for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). To achieve this objective, we will:

  • Clarify FNS expectations for acceptable corrective action plans (CAP);
  • Review the termination and disqualification process;
  • Provide guidance on what is required for submissions to the National Disqualified
  • List (NDL);
