CNP: Meal Pattern - Evening Training

This session will teach you the building blocks of the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs (NSLP and SBP). Learn the daily and weekly requirements for USDA food components in these meal patterns. Be prepared to be engaged in this session--participants will embark in a variety of excursions as you "cruise" through each meal pattern.
Important Session Information:
The Meal Pattern training will be offered for evening class form 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Please let me know if you have any questions.
