PFE for Principals - Zoom Series

Parent family engagement, a requirement under Title I, Part A, is the best predictor of a student's success at school - academic and otherwise. The problem? It's hard to come up with ways to engage stakeholders that don't cost a fortune, don't take months to plan, and don't require staff to stay at school way too late and make parents take off work.

This series of Zoom meetings was created to help with those issues.

Each monthly meeting will:

last no more than 30 minutes
be scheduled for late in the day when most of your kids are gone, but you still have to stay,
AND
will include practical ideas shared statewide through the PFE Best Practices expo.

Nothing fancy, nothing expensive, nothing hard.

These are just some creative ideas with a quick turn-around that may help you engage your parents and families so your students can be more successful.

And we'll probably throw a few fancy, expensive, and hard ideas in there for good measure. :)

This will be a time to hear some great suggestions and network with your peers on one of the most important ways to boost student outcomes.
