This training is for CE's that are scheduled for an upcoming Administrative Review and for CEs that want to stay current on the Administrative Review procedures.

You will receive 6 hour training with the session providing an overview of the TDA Administrative Review (AR) along with ways to prepare for the AR.  Learn details of the monitoring process that will be used and gain tips on organizing documents and preparing your staff for the review. After lunch we will be reviewing the Resources Management segment of the AR, along with an overview of the Procurement Review.

Resources Management / Procurement Review session of the training will be starting at 1:00 pm, in case any CFO's or Business Manager's would like to be in attendance.  Please know they are all welcome and they will need to register also and the workshop is no charge.  

Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops, or we will have a few available for their use.
