Targeted Improvement Plan Training

      


In this session, participants will begin developing their Targeted Improvement Plans to support their improvement efforts for the 2022-2023 school year. Using a web-based TIP, schools will use the Effective Schools Framework to develop a plan to determine campus needs, prioritize focus areas, develop campus goals and action plans, and conduct year-long monitoring and evaluation of implementation efforts. Through this session, we will model the thinking behind effective improvement plans and provide training on how to complete the web-based Targeted Improvement Plan.
