This workshop fulfills a requirement from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), for training individuals who will conduct vision screenings in school settings. Vision certification is valid for five years.

If available, participants are requested to bring an audiometer to this workshop.

NOTE: Participants who are 15 or more minutes late will be requested to reschedule this workshop.

On the Registration page, please do not enter anything in the "Required Accommodations" box unless you have a special physical need that will require Region 5 ESC to make a special accommodation for you.
