This Professional Development opportunity provides campus leaders with a clear understanding of how to successfully create systemic change leading to increased teacher efficacy and student performance. Day one of the professional development highlights the role of coaching and changing behaviors using Professional Learning Communities. In addition, the key steps needed to switch behaviors become visible with a direct path for successful change. Day two focuses on the campus’ personal needs. Leaders and coaches will be given a model that combines two State of Texas Initiatives to create systemic campus change. Texas Lesson Study and Texas Instructional Leadership strategies are highlighted as an integral pathway to make campus mission and vision statements come to life.
