Chapter 37 - Discipline Update

      


Requires administrators complete professional development at least every three years in the area of discipline.  Administrators who oversee discipline must attend professional development training in the area of Chapter 37. Training must include the distinction between discipline management techniques and the discretionary authority of a teacher to remove disruptive student.  This training meets the requirements of H.. 1952.
