Accommodations and Modifications:
Accommodations and modifications are instrumental in the design of the individualized academic and/or behavioral plan for students eligible for special education services. Accommodations and Modifications should be carefully considered when added to a student’s IEP and explicitly executed in the classroom. Learn about the differences, the application, and the documentation of this integral section of the IEP, as well as the legal implications for failing to implement them.

This session will explore best practices for providing inclusion services and support for students with disabilities, including the roles, responsibilities and collaboration necessary for a successful year.
