Fostering an Investigator’s Mindset Across the Curriculum for Grades K-2
Presented by: Maria Walther – Successful Author and Traveling Teacher

How can an investigator’s mindset help young learners in every subject area? Join Maria as she shares picture books and practical ideas to spark cross-curricular habits of mind such as observing using senses, exploring with tools, noticing patterns, asking and answering questions, and communicating ideas. Discover how infusing investigation across the curriculum nurtures oral language development, improves critical thinking, and encourages problem solving. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas, along with materials and resources.
