Annual Required Documents for Child Nutrition Program - 3/3/2021


This training will be an on-site training lab that will be broke out into 3 breakout sessions throughout the day.  The training will be inclusive of going over the required documents/policies and procedures that are required throughout the School Year in operating the National School Lunch and School Breakfast.  There will be discussion over some of required reporting and records that are to be done throughout the school year also.  The break-out sessions will be small groups with hands-on training.  Again this training is being offered ONSITE only. 

We are asking that you bring the following documents for your CE: 

  • Meal Charge Policy
  • Wellness Policy
  • Civil Rights – Complaint Procedure (written)
  • Attachment B – (printed out)
  • Production Records ( FPRs that are already completed)
  • HACCP Policy and Procedures – (SOP’s)
