The Station Rotation model moves small groups of students through a series of online and off-line stations, building conceptual understanding and skills along the way. The Station Rotation Model creates more opportunities for small group instruction, individualized scaffolding and support, student agency, and self-paced learning. During this workshop, teachers will explore, discuss, and create. They will explore different approaches to designing their teacher-led station and grouping students, discuss using technology strategically to prioritize the four C's (critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication), and create a station rotation lesson they can use immediately with students.
