Participants will learn signs of addictions and mental illnesses, impact of mental and substance disorders, a 5-step action plan to assess a situation and help, and local resources and where to turn for help.

Participants must attend full 8 hours to receive credit. Does Not satisfy requirements for Senate bill 460.
