CACFP Food Buying Guide 10.25.2018




      


Class provides participants with information on FBG contents and using yield data to complete food purchase calculations.  Participants will receive hands-on practice to determine the amounts of food and beverages to purchase for planned food items in order to meet requirements for a reimbursable meal.
