MENU PLANNING       Acquire knowledge about the fundamental principles of menu planning including knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to plan appealing, efficient and compliant menus in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP) in this 3-hour class.
