This professional development gives teachers the opportunity to get a first-person view of the transition from a Working Classroom to a Thinking Classroom. Teachers will experience their own mind-shift from a mildly disengaging professional development to a sustained experience with critical thinking. By seeing this shift first-hand, teachers learn how to build the same experience with their students. This training uses a 'Teacher as Learning Guide’ instructional approach.

All participants will receive a Mentoring Minds Critical Thinking Wheel with registration.
